Operating Systems
Ubuntu 8.04/8.10/9.04/9.10, CentOS 4.x/5.x, Debian 4.x/5.x, Fedora 9.x/10.x, Slackware 12.x and Suse 10.x are our current supported Operating Systems. The selected operating system will be installed during the provisioning of your new server. However, you can change the operating system at any time!
Hardware Nodes
VPS Nodes are built with Intel Core2 Quad Processors, Premium SATA Disks, Hardware RAID protection, powered by CentOS 5.x and MoxieVM.
Are your VPS Servers Managed?
Our VPS servers are unmanaged. What does this mean? All software configuration, installation, troubleshooting inside the VPS container is the customers responsibility. Fivebean can provide support with the physical server, configuration outside of the VPS, root password changes, reverse dns changes, hostname changes, IP addresses, billing questions and moxieVM. However, many of these items can be configured by the customer directly in moxieVM.
